PSPW's Return Policy
All merchandise returns must be authorized in advance.
There will be a restocking fee of 15% for all returned items.
PSPW will not accept returns of special order items.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returns must be sent prepaid freight unless pre-approved by PSPW. Freight collect or COD shipment will not be accepted.
Credit for returns will go against account balance.
